What have you done to get pregnant? Is there anything special you did? I am really losing hope at this point. My sister got pregnant immediately after starting to try. I feel like I’m just broken.

We bd using doggy style since April but no luck .. we did “missionary” in September 2019 and was taking prenatal gummies and got pregnant but lost that baby in November .. tried again December (did doggy style) didn’t work .. tried missionary again this month and got pregnant we also had sex once every night during fertile window , I know they say sex position doesn’t increase chances work but every time I mentioned this to someone they always tell me how the times they did missionary they got pregnant as well ... this month I used opk and it worked for me .

I have been trying for 1 year but this month I have switched my routine and now I am using concieve+ and pre seed lubricants and vitafusion prenatal , as far as fertility pills , I have tried ones containing only gonadtripins , but have heard success with clomid as well . Keep trying with us please ! 🤗
