Sore wrists?

Any other mamas experiencing intense wrist pain? I have since my little one was about 2 weeks old. Now she is 7 weeks and it has just gotten worse! Just wondering if anyone else is dealing with this and if so what are you doing for relief? Thanks!

Yeah big time. I already had carpal tunnel so I've been using a wrist brace.

It’s normal to develop carpal tunnel bc of how you hold baby... but you can do things to prevent it

Yes!!! 😫😫😫😂😂😂 haha I thought I was the only one, I didn't know this is a thing! 
My wrist hurts by the way I pick up my son, and hold and burp him😂

Yes, I had this with my first. Google ‘mommy wrist’ or ‘mommy thumb’ for some info. Mine eventually went away.
