Skin condition

I’ve been having this skin condition for a few years now and it comes and goes. When I first got it, it was bad like it was uncomfortable and burning sensation, sometimes it feels like that. Doctor told me it was eczema and prescribed me a cream which did help a lot. Told her if I could see a dermatologist to see what exactly is it and do some test and not go by what she says and she told me ohh you don’t need to see one. Well I changed doctors and going to see a dermatologist next month. What do you think it could be??
