Postpartum faja. Did you use one?
Just wondering. Is it a “known” thing to wear a faja/girdle/waist trainer after having a baby? In the Hispanic culture it’s a HUGE process of recovery but I’m not sure if it is everywhere else.
For us it’s taught that if you do not wear one immediately after ALL day (for the first two months at least) your intestines will not properly sit back in place causing you to have a “beer belly” like stomach. I’m not trying to be rude but that’s just what they tell us. My stomach went down in a week because of it.
I’m just curious if this is done by others or shared/talked about. In a lot of postpartum recovery vids I see it never is. With C Section bands they give I do see that. But I’d say this is still different cause it’s VERY tight body “binding” I guess you can say. I see a lot of moms say they have trouble recovering after when it comes to just their belly and I think this would help a lot.
