32 weeks 😳

Hello 32 weeks today with girl/boy twins. They have tried to come twice before (earlier in pregnancy) i have a cerclage (or pessary as some call it) will this keep me from going in labor now that I’m past 32 weeks or should I still worry a little that I may go into labor? Also, can you say if my water will break in its own because I have the cerclage? Or no? Please help, I just need a LITTLE relief.

Edit : I have a Pessary, I don’t know why I thought the two were the same 🤦🏾‍♀️
