Whats the best way to get pregnant?

I’ve been trying for a while now, I have a 3 year old, my birth was natural with forceps but everything is okay with me, me and my partner both want another child badly but nothing is working for us,
Any suggestions?

I read you have been using ovulation tests- so you know when your average ovulation day is? Have sex every other day in your fertile week leading up to ov day. Have sex on ov day and then like 3 more days on a row. Those were instructions from my midwives. I tried for 6 years with my first ( had 2 losses) and we did everything ( we also did a round of clomid the month we conceived). Ate fertility rich foods, did yoga poses great for fertility, sperm friendly lube, prenatals/ vitamins/ probiotics. Make sure your partner is taking care of himself as well- it takes a healthy egg and sperm! I drink red raspberry leaf tea- it’s great for uterine health and regulating hormones. When my first was 6 months old I got pregnant again- had sex once that month not trying but not preventing. Everyone and every pregnancy is different. Sending good vibes and baby dust. 💕

Are you using test strips to tell you when you’re ovulating? I’m sure the dr recommended that already, but it’s the first thing that comes to mind!

If you’ve been trying for a year and having problems getting pregnant after a year, by the book you are considered infertile and need to speak with your doctor to try and figure out what’s going on.
