Pregnant during summer

My boyfriend & I are super excited to have our first baby together (not his first) and I can’t wait, then I remembered I’m going to be pregnant during summer, working my job that’s hard on the body, and still coming home to spend time with him before I become an old person and go to bed at 9 or 10 (I feel bad about it but I’m always tired)

What’s some ways to survive summer?
