Hello ladies. I need your help. I went for my first ultrasound today and the doctor couldn't find a heartbeat. One a half week ago when i went to see my gynecologist, we look and saw the heartbeat but today we couldn't hear it and this is the result of the test.

I had my last period on December 12th and it lasted 6 days. Do you think it might be because i am not really 7 weeks pregnant maybe early, would that be the reason why the couldn't see or hear the heartbeat?? I will go back on a week if i don't miscarry naturally but the doctor said that it's unlikely to find a heartbeat next week. I am in denial, i really can't believe that i lost my baby.
