I think I’m having a miscarriage at 6+1

Help just woke up and went to the bathroom and it’s blood in my panties

Update: went to er and had blood work, and a ultrasound done. Baby looks fine has a heartbeat. There not sure why I bled how I did. But ruled out a tubal pregnancy
