Sleep advice
My baby goes to sleep in her cot at night, after our last feed of the day I’ll put her down and she’ll sleep. But if I try any earlier (even if she falls asleep on me after a feed)- as soon as her head hits the mattress she wakes up and cries. Any advice?! Why does this happen? I never know when the last feed is going to be. It’s normally around 10-11pm. No matter how hard I try to get it earlier, even if she’s asleep, she wakes up ahhh!
