Is this a miscarriage
I’m 6+1 and last night I felt a rush of discharge. I woke up and found this much blood on my pantyliner and my panties had been soaked with blood. it was still blood when I wiped this morning.
Had intermittent cramping that has tapered off and now no bleeding. I’ve also had two other births and no bleeding ever during my pregnancies
