What’s the best stroller for newborns that doesn’t require a carrier?

So I’m going with a convertible car seat and won’t be using a travel system or infant car seat stroller. What’s the best stroller for newborns that doesn’t require a carrier, if there is any? I’d also really like one that’s reversible so it faces me while baby is an infant

We have the Uppababy Vista, and we love it, but I don’t think it’s worth the $900 price point. I’ve never used this one, but it seems really similar and the price isn’t outrageous.

Just like the vista 1/2 the price. You can buy a bassinet & all that jazz. It doesn’t convert to a double though
