I stopped having sex like almost 6 months ago

Since then my periods have been pretty weird, they are still late as usual

But then i had one when i only spotted for 3 days (highly unusual)

Now these past 2 months my periods have been

Spotting for one whole week, then bleed like crazy the next week or week and a half

Is this normal?

My periods usually lasted 5 days and i only bled heavily the first day, but now i waste a shit ton of pads and my wallet suffers slightly from it 😂
