Fighting bottle and biting nipple?

Question

So yesterday my LO (17 weeks) started fighting just the sight of the bottle. I put him in my arms to feed him and he starts wailing. I try for little bit, but he bites the nipple and shakes his head. What the heck is going on? Eventually after trying for awhile (if I know he's hungry), he'll take it. At the end of the day he's eating about 3 oz less, so I'm not panicking. 
Teething? Too slow flow nipple size? Both? Idk help for this tired FTM 😩

My baby started doing this a few weeks ago out of the blue when he was tired. I thought he should be wanting to eat but he would scream and scream and thrash in my arms and fight both the bottle and the boob. We finally set him down in his bed and he basically “sleep trained” himself for his naps during the during the day, he just decided he was tired and wanted to be left the hell alone haha
