I’m still a week from my expected period, but for the last couple days I have been having some cramping and extreme nausea at night. It was so bad tonight that I actually threw up, which is really rare for me. I’m wondering if I could be pregnant, but I don’t know if it’s possible to be showing symptoms this early. With my first, I had no idea I was pregnant until I missed my period.

Has anyone had symptoms this early? Could this be pregnancy nausea? Or is it just a fluke?
