How long should I wait?

My his and I have been TTC since the end of June 2019 and ever since then when I got off of BC  I have had irregular periods and no BFP.. so 7 months now... should I go ahead and try to speak to my dr or wait till it has been a whole year?

Mention it at your yearly appt. Otherwise I'd say wait for the full year. In the meantime, you could start tracking ovulation with temperature and opk

It could take a few months or longer for your cycle to go back to normal from BC so I would give it a bit longer. Healthy couples on average take a year to conceive. Best of luck love!
