Pressure in my belly button?

Hey guys, I have this weird pressure in my belly button when I go pee or even stand up. I’m also cramping on my left lower stomach area. What do y’all think is going on w/ my body? Btw idk if it’s important but I have 8 days till I start my period. Also, the pain in my stomach is like a 4, not unbearable but I can feel it.
