Glow period and nurture sync help.

I am having a problem with my <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.nurture">nurture</a> app it says that I am 16 weeks 5 days but my glow <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">period app</a> says I am 22 weeks and 2 days how can I get them to synchronize so they will be the same on both?
