Symptoms coming and going

I'm between 4-5weeks and got my bfp on monday.

This is my second pregnancy, but I'm freaking out some days i feel nothing. Last pregnancy was an ivf pregnancy so i had a lot of medication and hormones which i think will have impacted things.

Is anyone feeling similar ? I hate this anxiety xx
