Can an evap line show up straight away?

I took a pregnancy test out of the blue yesterday as I'm still 6 days till my next period. It had the faintest line which was slightly pink but I don't know if its a evap line. I then toon another with my first morning urine and it has a very very faint second line almost non viable but I'm wondering if evap lines can come up within the three minutes of taking the test. I've been having really bad cramps so don't think I'm pregnant and also have pcos and been trying for three years
