But, I would get a dip in temps on the day of ovulation followed by a steep rise the day after and continued thermal shift for the next couple of days
..so I'd say yes, ovulation on the third

I would say you are going to ovulate soon. Temp usually goes up, not down when ovulation is about to happen.
