With my first we were going crazy on our honeymoon which was the day of ovulation. This pregnancy we had sex maybe 3-4 days before ovulation then didn’t do anything and it still ended up a boy!

If you follow or believe in the baby dust method it suggests that intercourses at time of ovulation and 24 hours after is optimal for boy.  Girl would be 2-4 days prior to ovulation, something a little more specific than that but we were trying for boy so we didn’t delve into it that much.  We had sex the day of ovulation in a rear entry position and are having a baby boy 😘  The theory is referring to boy sperm being faster than girl sperm but die off quicker.  So having sex prior to O would allow time for boy sperm to die off and girl sperm to reach the egg.   Having sex the day of and day after O would allow the boy sperm to be first in line.  Also rear entry or deep penetration positions are said to help in conceiving boys because of the deposit of sperm so close to cervix.  🤷🏻‍♀️ Believe it or not, but it’s a theory and it worked for us.
