so i take melatonin and vitamins and i came to practice this morning and my friends started telling me that it cancels out birth control???? i’m on my period right now but still it freaks me out and why did my doctor not tell me this or how did i not know?? can someone tell me if this is true? i’m 17 and VERY responsible i never let him cum in me and i take it around the same time
