Hey ladies, is/has anyone suffered with constipation during their 2nd trimester?

I’m 20 weeks and I’m struggling this week, I’ve had to really push in order to go which really hurts and feels like I’ve torn, because when I wipe there are a few specks of blood from where I’ve pushed so much.

I would go to my midwife but it’s super embarrassing 🤦🏻‍♀️ and I have severe anxiety so it’s making me think I’ve got something wrong going on.

Please no one scare or worry me, I would just like to know if this has happened to anyone during pregnancy
