Hi all I have been off birth control a year and after not having a period for years with the birth control it took four months to get my first period I have not been regular since ranging from 24 day cycle 115 day cycle 85 day cycle and 45 day cycle I’m currently on cycle day 70. I have been test for PCOS with bloods which are normal hormones thyroid is normal on blood and scan test. Waiting to get a scan done on my ovaries. All the periods had came on it’s no medication needed. I want to try Vitex to help get my period or even ovulate but just wondering what is the right dosage to take? If you took it how much did you take? Did you take the drops or tablets? Did it work for you?
