How to increase milk supply ?

I’m 2 weeks PP and I’m breastfeeding/pumping for baby. I manage to pump 2-4 oz out of one side and maybe 2-3 from the other. My thing is I can only fill up one bottle at a time and baby is cluster feeding at the moment and I find myself running out of milk 😫 baby gets crazy while waiting for more milk to come in. I’ve tried the lactation cookies but I don’t think they’re working for me. Any tips on how to increase my supply? I’m returning to work in a few weeks and I’d like to pump enough where baby can eat and I can also have some frozen for the future. TYIA !!

Cluster feeding will help increase your supply. I second the Haakaa, I’m a stay at hone mom but with just the Haakaa I have over 300 oz from the past 5 weeks (I also over produce)

I use a haaka while I’m feeding I feel like that’s helped me, I can usually get 2-4 ounces from the other boob. And I drink a lot of water and pump while she sleeps. It’s a lot of work but it’s helped me build a little stash I go back to work in two weeks and I have about 20 6 ounce bags in my freezer.

Don’t know if it helps, but I’m 2.5 weeks PP. So, we’re pumping about the same amount.

You typically only produce what the baby needs. 
I usually pump out 5-7 ounces between both breast. I try to pump an hour after feeding my soon. I also make sure I’m eating a diet that’s beneficial for increasing milk supply, etc. (oatmeal, sweet potatoes, eggs, avocado). Make sure you’re eating enough food and hydrating well. 
I’ve used the cookies and I do think they helped. I pump and breastfeed. Just keep trying and pumping/feeding. The cluster feeding will eventually end and baby will become more regular.
