If your period starts late at night do you count it as starting that day or the next day?🩸
If your period starts at 10pm or later do you count your period as starting as that day or the next?
I've always wondered what other ladies do. Because I've had periods that started at 11:30pm so I put my starts date as whatever day it is at midnight. Because then when I look back at my periods I don't think I was bleeding that whole day when in reality I only bled for 27 minutes of that day.
