When did or will u move baby to their own room?

Every little thing wakes me up and with this sleep regression (plus we just got our helmet) I am soooo tired and so is my husband making everyone cranky 🤪

Thinking about putting baby in his own room which is right next door to our room but I was trying to wait the "6 months to a year recommendation" but it doesnt help if mommy will have to check into a mental hospital for sleep deprivation 🤪🤣🤣 plus I work in healthcare so I need to be on point somewhat!!

He will be 5 months next week.
