Would you let your 17 year old son date a girl who has a toddler?

My son's new romantic interest is 18 and just had a baby.. I do not want him getting involved in baby mama/daddy drama and I don't want him playing dad to that little girl's baby either 🙄 I told him he can't date her and now hes ignoring me for days. All teenagers do that when they don't get their way though.
