I just got my first period after being pregnant most of 2019. It’s so heavy, and the cramps are miserable. I hate this. It’s like a crime scene, I’m exhausted because of it, and every time I cough, sneeze, or move a certain way I feel blood come out. I’ve never had heavy periods before so this is so new to me. I know it’s normal your first period after a baby but good god.
