Can someone tell me why my pee stinks and why I have constant stomach pains? Some days are better than others. Sometimes when I pee it’ll smell like a soy sauce almost and coffee? This has been going on the past 2-3 months. I’m not sure if the stinky pee and stomach pains are related or not?
