How to shop with stroller?

I’m going food shopping and have my baby stroller with me. I’m not using the carrier because it’s quite of a walk from me and also need my diaper bag. How do you shop pushing a stroller? And also need to push the grocery cart?

If it’s not a big shopping trip, use some “mommy hooks” to hang a basket from the stroller.

Otherwise push the stroller and pull a cart behind you.

I know this doesn’t answer your specific question but have you thought about having groceries delivered or doing pick up instead?

I used to put groceries in the pocket under the stroller. I felt like a criminal, but always bought everything. It worked best for me when I couldn’t wear baby.

stroller in front of me pushing w my one hand and pulling the card behind me with the other.... make sure you get a cart with really smooth wheels or you’ll have trouble turning

We use the stroller as the shopping cart.

I always used the carrier and then put the carrier inside the cart. If I was unable to lift that because of my c section which was for 8 weeks minimum, I used an app to deliver my groceries or had my husband/family grab something for me.

What about bringing reusable grocery bags and using D rings to hook them to the stroller? Or using the stroller basket. This only works if you’re buying a few things. You can’t buy a case of water with a stroller. 
I highly recommend Walmart pickup. I just used it for the first time and it was so convenient.

Can your baby not sit in the cart seat yet?

If your car seat is easily removable, I would place mine in the cart and then go shopping
