HELP ME PLEASE!!

I’m currently on the combination pill for about 2 1/2 packs now and I have taken a pill everyday at around the same time everyday. I haven’t had sex put had some fun with my partner on January 21st where semen was on my hand but I don’t recall if I touched my vagina. Anyway, my period is supposed to start next week but today I found this in my underwear, does anyone know what this is?? I also wiped later on and a slightly reddish tint was on it. I am really scared
