Not sure how I feel?
I need some advice ladies, I don’t want to sound stupid but how do you know if you’re depressed?
For a few weeks now I’ve been waking up feeling really miserable and unmotivated. I’m late for uni most days because I just can’t bring myself out of bed even when I have afternoon classes, but when I’m out and busy I feel a little better and I laugh with my classmates and stuff but then I go home and I just sit and feel genuinely unhappy. It’s got to the point I’m having like 2/3 showers a week, my room looks like a bomb has hit it, I have no clean clothes left. I’m going to bed feeling like I want to cry and sometimes I do. I’m really unhappy most of the time I don’t know what to do :/
