No point in regretting what is already done. It brings you nothing but more misery. If you're concerned because of STD/STIS get checked as soon as you can. If it's because you did it and you're in a really you need to talk with your partner about your feelings and whether you can continue this relationship or not. If it was a casual thing and you did not enjoyed it then move on from those other 2 people.
