trouble having an orgasm

lately i have had not been able to have a orgasm. I’m a virgin (17 years old) , and i don’t have any legit vibrator. All i have are my hands, a vibrating tooth brush (i only use for pleasure), and i don’t have a detachable shower head. I just haven’t been able to orgasm lately🥺... any advice????
