Is it possible to have pregnancy symptoms while still testing negative with a urine test? My period is a week late and I’ve been feeling really nauseous today. I’ve been testing and getting bfns (and I have line eyes, so for sure the test were negative).

I’m guessing it’s not possible because I would need HCG in my sistem to get pregnancy symptoms, but also, could I have HCG in my body and it not show on a urine test?

My three previous pregnancies I’ve always tested positive only at around 14 DPO, but I always had a positive urine test 🤷🏻‍♀️

I know it could be something else, but could it be pregnancy symptoms?

Ps: I’ve had hyperemesis gravidarium for all my previous pregnancies so yeah I always started being nauseated at around this stage...
