Anyone get a BFF?

Having bad lower back pain, mild headaches, increase in appetite, cramping but no implantation bleeding my period is due in a week. Did anyone have these symptoms and get pregnant?

Implantation bleeding is not happend so often like a lot of people think. My symptoms were sore boobs, period like crampings and migraine( my normal PMS).

I get these symptoms every month when I conceived both my kids I had no symptoms at all that's what made me test and I got a bfp at 10dpo good luck symptoms mean nothing really
