Not sure how I feel...

So I’m 18 and didn’t know anything till I got my first bf at 17 anyway my bf taught me everything I know about sexual things, even masturbation. We broke up and now when I do anything sexual it makes me think of my ex even though it’s been almost a year since we ended things. I feel weird and guilty idk:/
