I’m loosing so much hair 😩 any one else? If you have any tips or something please share? With my first daughter I didn’t loose much but now it’s insane

Not much you can do, as it’s hormonal. All I can say is to get a shower shroom! It’ll save you from having to call a plumber. 😳

I restarted taking my prenatal, applying castor oil to my hair and waiting to see if there’s a difference (my hair is loc’d so it’s a little more difficult to see... my edges are about gone). I also got biotin because my friend suggested it.

Idk if it’s helping but when I shower I get it wet and finger detangle but I only shampoo or condition every couple of days. I use this oil in my scalp every day that promotes growth and coconut oil on my ends. And I wash it out when I look like I’ve slid down a grease trap lol I usually throw it up in a bun but I’m gonna start braiding my hair so it stays nice and neat! I’m so upset my hair just got lush and healthy when I was pregnant and now it’s all falling out! 
I was in the shower the other day and noticed a piece of hair that usually is long in front of my face and it stopped at my forehead. Ugh
