Can baby sleep go much?

Not a FTM but my first was up every 3 hours or less for a long time and was always a horrible sleeper until he was 1.5.

Baby 2 has been trying to sleep through the night since we've been home. In the beginning she slept 4-6 hours and now she's sleeping 6-8 but sometimes pushes it to 10 hours before I wake her. She never screams right away for food but a couple times if your not quick enough to get her changed and on the boob she will.

Edit to add she's 11 weeks and we see the doctor in two weeks.
