Period tracking - spotting
If you have AF come slightly earlier than expected and not very heavy almost spotting (at first I thought it could be implantation bleeding) do you count it as day 1 in the app or wait until the heavy period comes? That happened last cycle and I counted the light day too but now I was supposed to be due today and nothing but also a. bFN test results this morning wondering if I shouldn’t have counted that spotting day as my period last cycle 🤔
