Eczema on hands

I’ve had this for months now, it’s dry it’s extremely itching and when I keep itching it it’s cutting my hands. I’ve used hydrocortisone but it isn’t helping at all and it’s getting worse. What would other people recommend to use for it? It’s so irritated and I need something to stop it itching so bad. I’m in the uk if that helps.
