I’ve just started charting and I know my temp should dip back down when it’s time for AF. I’m still almost a week out from that (unless my cycle is off this month which is possible). Is it normal to have a gradual decrease like this or is it supposed to be a sudden dip and then AF?

I think my temp time may be affecting my chart. It’s difficult for me to temp at the same time as I stay with my grandmother a couple nights a week and she wakes up VERY early so I have to temp earlier than I ever would at home. Could that explain the lower temps?
