Very thin lower segment ?

What does this mean and has anyone had the same ? I had my daughter 3 years ago emergency section due to dilating to quickly and baby was in distress ... I’m now 11 weeks pregnant and had my first scan yesterday and the told me I’m high risk for a few reasons but one being that I have a very thin lower segment ?? I asked her was I best vbac or another section and she said it’s a tough call 🤷‍♀️
