Welcome to the world baby boys

Mia

Last week we welcomed our mono/di boys into the world. Baby A broke his water, I guess he was ready to come out.. brother not so much. My water broke at 3:15 in the morning after using the bathroom and just getting back into bed. What a weird/scary feeling it was, trying and wanting to stop it from happening but I couldn’t. I felt so guilty and still do that they came early. I was 34+2 and so wanted them to stay in until 36 weeks, we were so close! Although, I am very grateful they stayed in as long as they did and that we had a healthy pregnancy with no complications until the last few days (becoming preeclamptic). Anyways, we were rushed into surgery for an emergency c section (Baby A breeched and Baby B started out transverse and eventually went breeched before being delivered). They are in the NICU and we aren’t sure how long they will be in there, but they are doing so well and we couldn’t be more proud of our strong little guys.

We welcomed our boys into the world at 6:50 and 6:51am..

Baby A Sebastian Michael Moser 4lb 11oz

Baby B Julian Mark Moser 4lb 6.9oz

They just got off of oxygen yesterday and their IV levels drop a little bit more each day so they should be getting those out soon, the nurses keep on telling us how well they are doing and that they are ahead of the game. They are starting to look so much better already!
