Around a week ago My husband want to end the relationship because he was confuse because I wanst acting right but if he humillated, offense me and hit me(2times) and grab me from the neck and said I want to kill u in front of my baby girl. I still love him, but now I live with my mom. he still humillated me and he dont even ask for the baby

what I have to do get my child complete custody or what?
