Does everyone cramps goes just by lying down instantly

Soo help me out in figuring the situation

I’m 15 dpo a day late for af had a BFN today

I’m having cramps like Af when I stand for few min and when I lie down straight I feel okay - that’s weird because my Af cramps doesn’t goes like that
