Due on April Fool’s Day, coming this weekend!

So I called MAU Because my baby girl’s movement had slowed right down since yesterday evening. Expected to come in, have a quick checkup and then be sent home but nope...

Had a scan, we have trouble with blood flow through the cord and was told I could have a Caesarian section any time between today and next Tuesday and I’ll be staying here now!

Lots of rushing about, Chris packed a bag for me and we’ve had family buy us tiny baby clothes, it’s all so crazy and I don’t think it’s quite sunk in yet that I will very soon have my very own baby.

She will more than likely have to stay in hospital in NICU for a little while until she’s strong enough to go home, but she’ll be okay 💓

With being classed as priority, I have such a fancy room! 😮💓
