Bloody streaks

I’m almost 5 months postpartum & it’s been two weeks since my last period. Within the past 24 hours I have been seeing pinkish/reddish streaks in my discharge. My vagina isn’t itching nor is it irritated, I’m also not on birth control. What could this be?
